Fitbit Charge 6 Review: An In-Depth Look at the Latest Wearable

Frankly, the Fitbit Charge 6 surprised me.

Initially, I was simply looking for a bracelet to track my steps and my sports sessions. Nothing extraordinary. But after a few weeks, I realized that I was mainly looking at sleep data and heart monitoring. It has almost become a habit.

What I really like is its format. It remains discreet on the wrist, light, and above all I don’t feel that feeling of a big connected watch which ends up annoying after a few hours. The battery easily lasts a week at home, sometimes more. And that, when we experienced devices that had to be recharged every day… what a relief.

The health monitoring is rather convincing. Sleep, heart rate, notifications, everything works generally well. The GPS also does the job during my outings, although I sometimes noticed some small inconsistencies in the tracks. Nothing dramatic, but oh well.

On the other hand, everything is not perfect. I quickly understood why some users complain about Fitbit bracelets. The fixing system doesn’t really exude solidity. I also noticed some synchronization bugs with the application. Not often, but enough to be a little annoying.

Brief.

If you ask me today if I regret my purchase, the answer is clearly no. To track your health, physical activity and sleep without breaking the bank, the Fitbit Charge 6 remains an excellent choice. Not perfect. But really pleasant to use on a daily basis.
