Google launches Gmail app for Wear OS which will allow users to smartwatch to check their inbox and open their messages. The app was first spotted on the Google Play Store by 9to5Google. She allows to check your inbox And supports multiple Gmail accounts at once. The app can open full emails, which you can scroll through. You can also manually refresh your inbox if necessary.
The app also includes a watch face that displays new emails. It does not show all unread emails, but only those that have recently appeared.
Previously, Wear OS watches could receive push notifications from Gmail, but users were limited to archiving, replying, or deleting in response. For some time now, there have been rumors that Gmail will make its debut on smartwatches Wear OS, and it’s a relief to finally see the app appear with the new Pixel Watch 2.
