Garmin announced the launch of its latest smart watches, the Garmin Venu 3 and Venu 3 S, featuring an AMOLED touchscreen and long-lasting batteries.
These watches are designed to offer real-time wellness information and fitness tracking features, to help you better understand your overall health. Similar tools are available on most of the best smart watches of the market.
The Venu 3 series has many new features compared to its predecessor, the Garmin Venu 2. In particular, it should be noted its compatibility with wheelchair users, as it offers push-up tracking, wheelchair-friendly workouts, and other relevant features. The Venu 3 also has built-in microphones and speakers, so you can take phone calls and respond to texts right from the watch.
One of the latest additions to smartwatches is a sleep tracking feature that monitors sleep patterns, including naps, the different stages of sleep and essential measures such as heart rate variability (HRV) and pulse Ox-1.
