Garmin announced the launch of its latest smart watches, the Garmin Venu 3 and Venu 3 S, featuring an AMOLED touchscreen and long-lasting batteries.
These watches are designed to offer real-time wellness information and fitness tracking features, to help you better understand your overall health. Similar tools are available on most of the best smart watches of the market.
The Venu 3 series has many new features compared to its predecessor, the Garmin Venu 2. In particular, it should be noted its compatibility with wheelchair users, as it offers push-up tracking, wheelchair-friendly workouts, and other relevant features. The Venu 3 also has built-in microphones and speakers, so you can take phone calls and respond to texts right from the watch.
One of the latest additions to smartwatches is a sleep tracking feature that monitors sleep patterns, including naps, the different stages of sleep and essential measures such as heart rate variability (HRV) and pulse Ox-1. The watches also track energy levels throughout the day and suggest optimal times for exercise and rest. The Venu 3 Series provides information on training benefits and recovery time, as well as the rate of perceived exertion for each activity. The Venu 3 has most of the features we’ve come to expect from other Garmin wearables for years, although improvements like nap tracking, an improved Body Battery experience, and sleep training tools improve things Garmin doesn’t. was already doing very well.
