Beautiful design and commitment: our opinion on the new UNIFY watch from CODE41
This year, as the world experiences economic and geopolitical turbulence, CODE41 is launching UNIFYa watch collection with a timeless design and powerful ideals. Released four times a year in collaborative limited editions, UNIFY highlights the voices of diverse artists and personalities, transcending barriers to unite around fundamental values.
Careful design and subtle details
UNIFY stands out with a raw and refined design, where every detail is meticulously crafted. The small seconds counter forms a peace symbol every minute, a nod to the values of the collection. With its 38 mm diameter, two types of movements and wide range of colours, UNIFY is a versatile watch suitable for all wrists, celebrating diversity in all its forms.
Two beating hearts: mechanical and quartz
The UNIFY collection offers two movement options. For mechanical enthusiasts, the UNIFY Automatic is equipped with the robust Swiss Sellita SW290 movementvisible through the transparent caseback. The quartz version, on the other hand, uses a Swiss Ronda movement high quality with a battery life of more than five years.
Each UNIFY watch embodies not only technical and aesthetic prowess, but also a deep commitment to human and universal values.
An exceptional collaboration: SHAROZ by CODE41
To inaugurate this collection, CODE41 is teaming up with Sharoz Makarechi, American artist and activist who fled the Islamic revolution in Iran. Sharoz is known for her commitment to inclusivity through cultural initiatives and award-winning films. Her creativity gave birth to two powerful graphic symbols for this first limited edition of UNIFY: the clenched fist, a symbol of unity and the defense of human rights, and the Equity Flag, representing the equality of all people with its spectrum of skin colors. When she was told the launch date, June 19, Sharoz was moved, as this date commemorates the end of slavery in the United States, reinforcing the symbolism of this collaboration.
Watches with a soul
For Claudio D’Amore, founder of CODE41, it is essential to combine inspiration and action. Thus, a portion of the sales of each collaboration is donated to a humanitarian project chosen by the artist. For Sharoz, this is theEqual Justice Initiativean organization fighting for human rights and fair justice.
The Equity Flag and the permanent collection
In addition to the special editions, the UNIFY collection offers three permanent models: a midnight blue version, one in satin-finished steel and one with a white dial adorned with the Equity Flag. The latter, the result of Sharoz Makarechi’s initiative, symbolizes unity and inclusiveness, values dear to UNIFY. Sales of these models will contribute to supporting Sharoz in his commitment to equity.

UNIFY is available for pre-order at the special launch price of €1,490 for the Sellita automatic version and €860 for the Ronda quartz version. The collaborative limited edition, which also features the Sellita mechanical movement, is €1,640.
