1) Fall detection (announced automatically): if the watch “understands” a fall, it sends an alert. The important word is “announced”. In real life, there can be false positives… and misses. But when it's well adjusted, it's reassuring. A lot.
2) SOS button : on the form, you can pre-register 3 numbers and initiate the call by holding ~3 seconds. And the call can go “in a loop” until someone picks up (that's aggressive — in a good way).
3) Calls + auto answer : practical when the person cannot handle it. On some Weyot sheets, it is even mentioned in black and white: automatic answer to incoming calls.
4) IP67 waterproof : rain, splashes, dishes… ok. Bath/hot ? No. And it’s said (so much the better).
