During Watches and Wonders Geneva 2024the Swiss watchmaker Eberhard & Co. presented two new watches that enrich its 1887 collection: the Chronograph 1887 Limited Edition with manual winding and the Chronograph 1887 Automatic. These models, celebrating the origins of the brand and its historical link with aviation, are distinguished by an elegant design and exceptional watchmaking performance.

Historical inspiration for a timeless design

The 1887 collection, launched in 2019 to mark the founding date of the House, is inspired by chronographs from the 1930s and 1940s. The new creations incorporate iconic elements such as the vintage crown with coaxial pusherTHE telemetric scales And tachometeras well as dials rich in details.

Both models are equipped with exclusive calibers developed by Eberhard & Co. in collaboration with the AMT factory:

• The 1887 Limited Edition Chronograph (ref. 31081) is driven by the caliber EB280a mechanical movement with manual winding. The upper deck, shaped like a shield, represents the emblem of the House, a symbol of solidity and authenticity. This movement, incorporating a blued column wheel and a complication fly-backoffers exceptional aesthetics and mechanics. Limited to only 250 copiesit is aimed at collectors looking for exclusive pieces.

• The 1887 Automatic Chronograph (ref. 31082) has the caliber EB380an automatic movement with fly-back complication. Its oscillating weight is decorated with Côtes de Genève and a 4N gold engraving, reinforcing the elegance of the model.
