Fitbit Versa 4: A Comprehensive Review

Frankly, if a friend asked me my opinion on the Fitbit Versa 4, I would tell him that it was a watch that I loved... and which sometimes annoyed me.

On a daily basis, it is super pleasant to wear. I even end up forgetting that I have it on my wrist. The sleep tracking is really interesting, the heart rate seems consistent and the battery life is a real joy. At home, it easily lasted almost a week without going through the recharge box. When you come from a watch that requires its charger every two days, that changes everything.

What I also liked was the Fitbit app. You open the app, everything is clear. Your steps, your sleep, your sports sessions, your progress. In short, it makes you want to move a little more.

But... there is a but.

After a few months, I started to see the little flaws that many people talk about appear. A bug here, a finicky synchronization there, sometimes a touch screen that's a little stubborn. Nothing dramatic at first, but enough to break the experience.

And then there is the Google subject. I had the impression that some functions present on the old Fitbits had disappeared. Spotify, some apps, some customization options... strange.

Ultimately, I find that the Fitbit Versa 4 is an excellent watch for tracking your health and physical activity without complicating your life. On the other hand, if you are looking for an ultra complete or impeccable watch over time, I think that there are more reassuring alternatives today. I appreciated it. But I completely understand those who ended up switching brands.
