After Tudor or even Zenith, to name but a few, it’s time for another house that really didn’t disappoint us this year during Watches & Wonders. Jaeger Lecoultre offers us a very beautiful vintage 2023, with a lot of Reverso Of course !
Jaeger-LeCoultre Reverso Tribute Chronograph
This is one of our biggest favorites of the show. The type of watch that makes you squint and tilt your head. The historical manufacture adds a chronograph complication to its mythical Reverso for a sumptuous result. Two diametrically opposed faces that will allow you to have two very complementary watches, in one. On the one hand, the refined “dresswatch” par excellence, an elegant and dressy two-hander. The other, a partially openworked chronograph with a retrograde 30-minute counter.
Jaeger-LeCoultre Reverso Tribute Small Seconds
Jaeger-LeCoultre here offers a facelift and new dial tones to its iconic Small Seconds. On the menu: a pink gold trio on black, red or silver dialsupplemented by a model in white dial steel. Of course, there is the small seconds counter at 6 o’clockassociated with long index sticks swept away by dauphine needles. Also note that the models equipped with the precious metal display a thickness reduced to 7.56mm.
Jaeger-LeCoultre Reverso Tribute Duoface Tourbillon
The Big House makes tribute to its very first tourbillon unveiled “only” three decades ago, in a timepiece with a rose gold case housing the Caliber 847 released in 2018. With a remarkable finesse for a tourbillon watch, i.e. 9.15mm, Jaeger-LeCoultre offers two watches in one: one with two hands offering an unobstructed view of the regulating organ – a flying whirlwind – on one side, then a second with two complications : a day/night indicator as well as a second time zone, in a guilloché gold case offering rare sophistication. It’s all the Jaeger-LeCoultre spirit, at a price that is certainly crazy, but logical given this piece. It is obviously a limited edition of 50 copies.
Jaeger-LeCoultre Reverso Hybrid Artistica Caliber 179
Make way for a creation that sums up very well the approach of the Manufacture du Sentier. A breathtaking encounter between art and engineering, which very few brands would be able to develop. This is a Gyrotourbillon comprising 124 components on its own (the Caliber 179 being made up of 382 components in total) and whose titanium cage is mounted on ball bearings. A real spectacle. Everything is housed in a rose gold case of 13.63mm thick and limited to only 10 copies. Bluffing.
