We are happy to announce a new important milestone in the history of Swiss Made Watch: the watch blog Mr Watch officially joins our universe and takes the name of “ We Love Watches » !
This merger marks a natural evolution for our platform, with a clear ambition, that of strengthening our commitment to watch enthusiasts by bringing together two complementary players.
Two universes driven by the same passion
Since its creation by Swiss Made Watch in 2023, We Love Watches has established itself as an unmissable event for watch lovers. Every year, our Parisian show brings together iconic brands, independent houses and enthusiasts who come to discover the latest watchmaking developments.
For his part, Mr Watch has built a place of reference in the landscape of French-speaking watch blogs. Educational articles, news, technical guides, selections of models: the site has united a loyal community around demanding and accessible content.
This rapprochement is therefore part of an obvious logic, that of uniting two areas of expertise at the service of a single community!
Assumed editorial continuity
One of the key points of this transition concerns the editorial team. The historical editors of Swiss Made Watch (Alexandre, Thomas, Grégory and Nicolas) continue the adventure.
We have chosen strong continuity:
- The editorial line remains focused on pedagogy and discovery.
- Tests, guides and technical files will always allow you to deepen your watchmaking knowledge.
- The selections We will continue to highlight a variety of watches, from accessible models to more exclusive pieces.
Our objective is therefore not to transform Swiss Made Watch, but rather to integrate his DNA into the We Love Watches universe!
With this acquisition, We Love Watches broadens its scope… The annual show continues to offer a unique physical experience to enthusiasts while the blog, always free, becomes an even richer editorial space and educational content completes the event experience.
This synergy makes it possible to create a true watchmaking ecosystem, a place of exchange, learning and discovery, accessible and lively all year round.
A shared ambition: transmitting watchmaking culture
Beyond a simple strategic rapprochement, this operation reflects a shared vision, that of democratizing watchmaking culturewithout simplifying it!
Watchmaking is a world of technique, history and emotion. It is a subject that deserves demanding, rigorous, but always passionate treatment and it is this approach that we wish to strengthen. The original spirit of Swiss Made Watch of sharing, explaining and exploring therefore remains intact.
We look forward to continuing this adventure with you and continuing to bring the passion for watches to life together!
