The new collection Mad1s “Grow your Dreams” is born from a fortuitous meeting between Maximilian Büsser, founder of MB & F as well as the brand Madeditionsand the Anglo -Nigerian artist Yinka Ireori. Immediately conquered by the artist’s colorful universe, Büsser shares: “Yinka Ilori lives in a bright universe of colors; His work stimulates us, like an adrenaline rise which pushes us to go further ”.
The Mad watch, born in white and blue version to thank the suppliers and friends of MB & F in a confidential manner, is on the way to becoming an iconic room.
Three limited editions, three colorful universes
- Sun (Sun): purple display, yellow rotor, yellow and green bracelet;
- Nature : red display, green rotor, purple and red bracelet;
- Water (Water) : sky blue display, blue rotor, light and dark blue bracelet.
Each edition is limited to 400 copies. And yes: the rarity created of value. We saw it with the Mad 1 Red whose occasion was flew when it came out of the fact that the “right to buy it” was obtained by drawing.
Watchmaking techniques revisited with panache
- 42 mm × 15 mm steel case, Swiss movement Lajoux – Perret G101 at 68 hours of power reserve.
- Rotor in titanium, finer and elaborate, engraved with a tree pattern, then anodized in yellow, green or blue depending on the model.
- First Madeditions Case to integrate color in the telescope: a machined groove is filled with Hycerama thermally treated liquid ceramic and polished by hand.
- Aluminum plates stamped in 3D waves for a pleasant visual effect.
- Original display with rotating hour cylinder and numbers drawn by Ilori, enhanced with super -luminova on the rotor and “Grow Your Dreams” inscriptions.
Comfort and modular style
Each watch is delivered with two bracelets: a colorful and contrasting rubber bracelet, caught with leaf patterns, as well as an interchangeable white bracelet for a more discreet aesthetic.
Availability and price
Part of the parts is reserved for members of the Tribe (owners of MB&F) and suppliers, according to the principle of “first arrival, first served”. The rest will be accessible to the general public via a free lottery open from Tuesday September 2 to Monday September 8, 2025 . The sale price is CHF 3,200 excluding taxes (or around 3,400 euros HT).
