I used the Fitbit Inspire 3 as a simple, discreet bracelet, without trying to make it a real complete connected watch. And frankly, that’s where he’s at his best.
On the wrist, it is quickly forgotten. It is thin, light, not annoying, even on a small body. To track steps, sleep, heart rate or just motivate yourself to move a little more during the day, it does the job. The autonomy is also a real good point: you don’t spend your time looking for the charger, and that, on a daily basis, is appreciable.
But we must be clear: the screen is small. To read notifications or navigate quickly, it’s not always comfortable. I also found that certain functions remained quite limited, especially if you expect precise alerts, real sports monitoring or a very advanced experience without a subscription.
Basically, the Fitbit Inspire 3 is a good health bracelet to start or monitor your activity quietly. No more. Not a serious sports watch.
